Refund policy
We know that buying clothes online can be a little daunting, so we want you to shop with confidence and want our online return policy to reflect how we work with returns in our store. Whatever the reason - it doesn't fit or you just don't think it looks good on you, etc. - we are happy to process your returns. AND...we pay for the return shipping.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns of sale items are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or order number.
We have implemented Self-Serve Returns. You need to have an account on our website to create a return. You may already have an older account where you use a login and password to enter your account, but for Self-Serve Returns you need to have a NEW (and more secure) customer account that does not require a login and password but sends you a code to use in order to enter your account. If you have an older Classic account, you will be prompted to upgrade to a NEW account. If you do not have a PanTerra website account click here to create a NEW account. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at panterragallery@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions: Purchases of sale items online or in our Bisbee store are non-returnable/refundable items
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges can only be processed by calling or emailing the store at panterragallery@gmail.com with your new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
